ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client just outside Vännäs. The position is approximately 75% and the working hours are mainly scheduled on weekdays from 09:45 AM to 05:00 PM, with weekend work only in exceptional cases. The position is temporary from May to November, with a possibility of extension. We are also looking for part-time substitutes.
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction at the end of April.

Our client is a woman in her 50s who lives with her husband in a beautiful natural setting just outside Vännäs. Due to a brain injury, she needs support in her daily life, but the focus is on life around her. She is looking for someone who shares her interest in cooking and gardening – and who has the ability to spread joy and smile even when life is challenging. Here you will have a meaningful role where you truly make a difference in another person's life.

We are looking for someone who is a calm and secure person with the ability to take initiative. You are responsible, caring, and have a responsive attitude. We also appreciate your ability to spread joy and find moments of laughter, even when life is challenging. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
Driver's license and access to a car (the client lives a few kilometers outside Vännäs)
You are smoke-free
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working as a personal assistant/other care experience
Care education or equivalent
Employment rate: 1 permanent position 75% + 1-2 part-time substitutes
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are going to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the background check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered through the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
